Reviews
Nice apartments, priced kinda high as a luxury space, but our facilities are older, a little over-used, and not maintained as frequently nor as well for the amount of use they get (namely, the jacuzzi, lawn furniture, all 4 bbq grills). The custodial staff is great, and they keep the interior common areas quite clean, but the exterior corrugated steel and glass surfaces of the bldg were not cleaned last spring nor last summer, so all year our building front and exterior windows facing Brighton and towards Arkins have had a dirty, grimey appearance. All of our exterior stairwells look like they have never been air-blown nor power-washed, and our garage stairwells have never been power-washed/swept/vacuumed. Our tenants are very friendly & pleasant, and the property is just lovely, and that’s to say nothing of our phenomenal fitness areas. Our staff are the best, helpful, and friendly. Super-convenient location, so accessible to ballpark, downtown, Five Points, and Union Station.
Good management, chill environment, open community, activities, sometimes clean pool, secured parking garage, new renovations, lacks in sunlight for some rooms, balcony’s are shared and in some cases face other apartment balconies, privacy in some rooms is limited considering windows are facing other people’s windows, hot water and washer/dryer worked great, developing location, rent can be about $200-$400 more than expected (sometimes for good reason, other times suck), overall good experience and would recommend for people who are planning to live there for about 1-2 years.
Taylor is a spectacular maintenance team member! I’m always happy when he comes by as he is incredibly kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.
Brooke is also always spectacular.
They both remember my dogs name and engage with him and just make it feel like such a home and fun place to live.
I love the Dylan!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Communication is sparse. My car was stolen and I talked to the community manager and she said she would send a message out to the community just to tell people this is what happened and to remind people to take valuables out of their vehicle. Nothing was sent out. The garage door to enter and exit is constantly broken it remains open for hours on end. They remove truthful negative reviews from their Google, there were multiple reviews stating facts about the garage door, other exterior doors not closing, trash in hallways and those reviews are mysteriously gone. They tried to charge me for not having renters insurance I’ve always had renters insurance nothing has changed I’m glad I look at my charges. Moving in 5 months ago it was great, but now that something has gone wrong communication has been nonexistent.
Been living here for about 4 months now. Great complex with a lot of amenities. Great staff as well - always helpful and accommodating. Taylor Kyhill from maintenance has helped me out several times now and does a great job. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Visited my friend that lives here and omg I fear for him. This apartment complex is so poorly managed the hallways permeate a combination of smells ranging from mildew, dog urine, dog feces, and trash that’s been sitting in the poorly …
